The Jewish Public Library needed a modernized, member-centric digital platform that could serve a diverse, multilingual community while integrating with a complex set of existing third-party tools — including their library management system, donor management platforms, event tools, and a growing need for online learning delivery. Their existing website was siloed, difficult to update, and unable to support the level of community engagement the library envisioned.
The Solution
Blü AI designed and deployed a unified DynaCore CMS platform that served as the central hub for all of the library's digital operations. The platform integrated seamlessly with SirsiDynix for membership validation, Raiser's Edge and CanadaHelps for donation management, Eventbrite for event ticketing and management, and a custom-built LMS for online learning delivery. CDN-powered content delivery ensured fast load times and performance for users across devices, while WCAG-compliant design ensured the platform was accessible to all community members.
